The important bits about ordering from us — allergens, payment, cancellations and refunds. Any questions, just ask.
Allergens & gluten-free
Everything we bake is made to be gluten-free. However, our kitchen is a small home kitchen that also handles nuts, dairy, eggs and soya, so we cannot guarantee any product is entirely free from traces of other allergens. If you have a severe allergy, please tell us before ordering and we will be honest about what we can and can’t promise.
Ordering & payment
Orders are placed for a specific collection or delivery date each week. Order by the weekly cutoff shown at checkout. No payment is taken online — you pay in cash or by card on collection or delivery. Prices include VAT where applicable.
Changes & cancellations
You can cancel your order yourself, free of charge, any time before that week’s order cutoff — open your order confirmation and use the “Cancel this order” button. After the cutoff we’ve usually started baking, so we can’t always cancel or change an order — please get in touch and we’ll do what we can.
Refunds
Our bakes are freshly made to order, so we don’t offer refunds for change of mind once baking has begun. If something is wrong with your order — it’s faulty, or not what you ordered — please tell us on the day and we’ll put it right with a replacement or refund. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Delivery & collection
We deliver within a set radius of our kitchen; if your postcode is outside the area, checkout will let you know and you can choose collection instead. Delivery fees and any minimum-order amount are shown at checkout. Please give an accurate address and a contactable phone number.
Your information
When you order or create an account we store your name, contact details and order history so we can bake and deliver your order and let you re-order easily. We don’t sell your data or share it with anyone except as needed to fulfil your order. You can ask us to update or delete your details at any time.
